Terms and Conditions
By submitting an entry into the Murrumbeena ‘Hop Around the Village’ and ‘Photo with Murry the Frog’ competitions you are giving your consent to the Terms and Conditions set forth by Level Crossing Removal Authority (LXRA) and the Murrumbeena Traders Association.
  1. There is no entry fee for the competition.
  2. The competition is open to current residents of Victoria only.
  3. To be eligible to enter the ‘Hop Around The Village’ competition, you must attend the Corridor Carnival being held on Saturday 13 October 2018 (11:00am to 3:00pm) and find all ten of Murry the Frog’s friends around Murrumbeena Village and mark the locations on the competition entry form. The participant needs to put their form in the competition box to go in the draw.
  4. To be eligible to enter the ‘Photo with Murry The Frog’ competition, you must attend the Corridor Carnival being held on Saturday 13 October 2018 (11:00am to 3:00pm). Find the Photo Booth and capture your photo with Murry The Frog. Share your photo on Facebook or Instagram @murrumbeenavillage. Follow & tag us to go into the draw.
  5. The competition will run from 11:00am to 3:00pm on Saturday 13 October 2018.
  6. Entries are limited to one entry per person.
  7. Winners will be drawn at random on Monday 15 October 2018. The winner will be notified via a Facebook message from the Murrumbeena Village Facebook page. Winners may be announced and published on the LXRA and the Murrumbeena Village Facebook pages.
  8. The winner will receive the following prizes:
    1. Jumbo Box of Freddo Frogs (Hop-Around-The-Village);
    2. $250 FreshPict Creative Services Voucher
    3. 2 x $100 Nature Boy Cafe Vouchers
    4. $50 Daniel Son Cafe Voucher
    5. Innoxa Australia Skin Care Package from HealthSave Pharmacy Murrumbeena (value over $150)
  9. If the winner does not reply to the Facebook message within 28 days of the draw, an alternate winner will be drawn and notified through a Facebook message from the Murrumbeena Village Facebook page.
  10. Vouchers must be redeemed in accordance with the validity period specified by the participating local trader.
  11. The winner must collect the vouchers at the FreshPict Creative Services’ office, located at 48A Murrumbeena Road, Murrumbeena during advertised office hours.
  12. LXRA and the Murrumbeena Traders Association are not liable for vouchers which are lost or damaged.
  13. Employees, contractors and suppliers of LXRA are not eligible to enter this competition.
  14. Validity of entries is at the sole discretion of LXRA and the Murrumbeena Traders Association. LXRA and the Murrumbeena Traders Association reserve the right to cancel all or any part of the competition where it is determined necessary to do so.
  15. LXRA and the Murrumbeena Traders Association shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered, or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize or the competition, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
