Negroni Week at Murrumbeena Wine Bar

September 14-20 2020 is Negroni Week. As a part of this, Murrumbeena Wine Bar will be donating profits of Negroni cocktails sold this week. The donations will go to an organisation called COVID19EAD who help unemployed hospitality workers in need.

The CoVid-19 Employee Assistance Directive (CoVid-19 E.A.D) was created in the wake of the collapse of the hospitality industry due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The initiative produces a range of chef-cooked, pre-packaged meals which are then distributed via contact-less delivery (within 20km radius of the Melbourne CBD). All meals are free of charge.

The team of volunteers cook, pack, and deliver 1,000–2,000 meals per week to unemployed hospitality workers, offering some relief and support in the form of nourishing meals and essential care packs.
